SERVICES OFFERED

Rock Canyon Landscape provides landscaping and outdoor living services, which may include:

Landscape design and planning
Outdoor living design and build services
Hardscape installation
Patios, walkways, curbing, and retaining walls
Pergolas, fire features, and water features
Irrigation and sprinkler system installation
Sod, hydroseed, planting, bark, rock, and other landscape finishing work
Artificial turf, fencing, outdoor lighting, and related project elements
Consultations, walkthroughs, estimates, project coordination, and related support

We reserve the right to refuse service, modify or discontinue offerings, or deny access to any user, at our discretion.

For any paid project, estimate, proposal, or separate written service agreement, the more specific written agreement will control to the extent of any conflict with these Terms.

CONSULTATION AND BOOKING

All consultation requests, estimate requests, and bookings made through our Site, forms, or scheduling tools are subject to availability and confirmation. Rock Canyon Landscape reserves the right to cancel, modify, or reschedule appointments with or without notice in the event of emergencies, weather issues, access limitations, staffing conflicts, site conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Preparation for On-Site Estimates / Services

Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the property where services are requested.
Customers should disclose relevant conditions that may affect the estimate or work, including obstacles, pets, access restrictions, utility concerns, drainage issues, or hazardous conditions.
Delays caused by weather, site readiness, hidden conditions, or customer unavailability may affect scheduling.

PAYMENTS

Payment terms for services, deposits, progress payments, and final balances will generally be outlined in the applicable estimate, proposal, invoice, or service agreement.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

Payments are due according to the payment terms we provide for the applicable project or service.
Prices, availability, and timelines are subject to change prior to acceptance of a proposal or estimate.
You agree not to dispute valid charges in bad faith or engage in fraudulent chargebacks.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise:

Consultation or estimate cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance when possible.
Deposits, if any, may be governed by the applicable proposal, invoice, or project agreement.
Missed appointments, denied access, or repeated rescheduling may result in delays, rebooking, or additional fees where permitted.
Refund requests will be reviewed based on the circumstances, the services performed, and any applicable written agreement.

USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

Use our website or services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose
Interfere with or disrupt website functionality
Upload, transmit, or distribute malicious code or harmful content
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
