CONSULTATION AND BOOKING

Preparation for On-Site Estimates / Services

Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the property where services are requested.
Customers should disclose relevant conditions that may affect the estimate or work, including obstacles, pets, access restrictions, utility concerns, drainage issues, or hazardous conditions.
Delays caused by weather, site readiness, hidden conditions, or customer unavailability may affect scheduling.

PAYMENTS

Payment terms for services, deposits, progress payments, and final balances will generally be outlined in the applicable estimate, proposal, invoice, or service agreement.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

Payments are due according to the payment terms we provide for the applicable project or service.
Prices, availability, and timelines are subject to change prior to acceptance of a proposal or estimate.
You agree not to dispute valid charges in bad faith or engage in fraudulent chargebacks.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise:

Consultation or estimate cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance when possible.
Deposits, if any, may be governed by the applicable proposal, invoice, or project agreement.
